KEEP HAIR, FINGERS, LOOSE CLOTHING, CHILDREN AND PETS AWAY FROM HINGES
AND OTHER MOVING PARTS TO AVOID SERIOUS INJURY.
1. Pull the product out of the shipping box. Remove all packaging materials.
2. Lay the Torso Track flat on the floor. Make sure you have plenty of
space on both ends of the product.
3. Turn the
unit over so that it rests on the carriage cover.
4. Locate the handlebar with foam grip.
Remove the thumbwheel screw (inserted in
threaded hole) by turning it counter clockwise.
4(a). Place handlebar through the tube, aligning the hole on the
bar for the thumbwheel screw with the hole on the tube. 4(b). Insert
the screw through the holes and turn
clockwise to securely fasten the handlebar into place.

IMPORTANT: THUMBWHEEL SCREW MUST FIT THROUGH THE HOLE IN
THE HANDLEBAR AND BE SCREWED IN COMPLETELY SO IT DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH
TENSION CORDS.

5. Turn the unit back over so that it sits firmly on the floor,
resting on the feet. Slide foam grip onto the handlebar as shown. Moistening
the handlebar with a little water will help
the foam grip to slide on easier.
6. Remove the locking hitch pin located in the kneel bar front pivot bracket.
7. Insert
the kneel bar into the pivot bracket as shown. Line up the hole on the
bar with the hole located on the pivot bracket.
8. Insert
the locking hitch pin through the holes to fasten the kneel bar to the
pivot bracket. Lay kneel bar down on a flat, level surface.
CAUTION! BE SURE THAT THE LOCKING HITCH PIN IS SECURELY FASTENED
BETWEEN THE KNEEL BAR AND THE MAIN UNIT USE CAUTION WHEN RAISING OR LOWERING
BAR IN ORDER TO AVOID PINCHING OF FINGERS OR HANDS.

9. Next, with the kneel bar fully extended, place the kneel pad into the
first set of grooves closest to the main unit located
on the bar. Once you begin to use the Torso Track, you will be able to
adjust the position of the kneel pad on the kneel bar
to accommodate your height.
10. Slide handlebar carriage down towards kneel bar. Pull up the end cap
of the first tension cord and push down the slot indicated until it slides
into place. Repeat the process for each of the other two cords. You will
use
three tension cords when you begin exercising with Torso Track. As you
gradually increase
your muscle strength, you can decrease the number of bands
you'll use to get a harder workout.
