STORING YOUR TORSO TRACK

Follow these easy steps to store your Torso Track properly: 1. First, remove the kneel pad from the kneel bar. Store in a safe place. 2. Fold kneel bar down over the handlebar carriage as shown. 3. To store, slide unit under the bed. If it won't fit, simply remove the kneel bar from the main unit by pulling out the locking hitch pin from the front pivot bracket. Separate the bar from the pivot bracket and store along with your Torso Track until you're ready to use again. 4. If you wish to store your Torso Track in a closet, fold over the kneel bar so that it rests on the handlebar carriage. Pick up the unit on the end opposite the wheels and roll into the closet to store. Back to Menu

STARTING OUT

Wear athletic shoes and comfortable light clothing when exercising on the Torso Track. Do not exercise barefoot. Check your Torso Track before use to ensure that all the parts are in place and working properly (see page 8 for details on Inspection and Maintenance). Begin using your Torso Track with all three tension cords affixed. The cords control the forward motion out and resistance of force back. As you increase your strength, you will be able to reduce the number of cords you use during your workout. It is important to remember that this exerciser works out the weakest muscles first. As a result, you'll feel soreness in these muscles until they begin to strengthen. In most people this is going to be the abs, but it could also be the chest, shoulders, arms or back.

REMEMBER: the more cords you use, the easier it is to perform the exercise. The fewer cords you use, the more difficult it is to perform the exercise.
