We are thrilled that so many of you have joined our community and are participating in our Chat Room and on our Discussion Board. We love sharing new information with you and are delighted that you exchange your ideas and information with each other.

Please keep in mind that the only valid sources of information on Somersizing are the books and tapes published by Suzanne Somers or the FAQ section on this site. If anyone pretends to represent Suzanne or speak for the Somersizing program, please report such to Suzanne's representatives at Info@SuzanneSomers.com.

Your participation on the Discussion Board and in the Chat Rooms at SuzanneSomers.com signifies your agreement to abide by the following Community Rules.

SuzanneSomers.com is not responsible for the content of messages posted on the Discussion Boards or for anything arising out of use of the Board or other interaction among the users.

Discussion Boards and Chat Room
General chitchat should take place in the Chat Room. If some members use the Discussion Boards as alternative Chat Rooms, they do two things: they fill the Discussion Boards with material that has no meaning to the visitor in search of information and, by the sheer volume of their postings, slow down the navigation process on the boards. If for some reason you are having trouble accessing the Chat Room, visit our Technical FAQ section or e-mail Webmaster@SuzanneSomers.com.

Good manners online means that you don't post the same notice more than once. The online word for posting many times on one topic is "spamming". We do not allow it.

Disruption in our Chat Rooms will not be tolerated. Do not "flood" the chat rooms or persistently post off-topic comments or excessively long text. Anyone posting sexually explicit comments or any other offensive content will be banned from the website.

Don't Attack Other Members of This Community
We do not expect this site to be free from controversy; however, we will not tolerate any kind of personal attack or any other action which might embarrass, humiliate or harass any person or group in our Chat Room or on our Discussion Boards. Threads which contain negative postings regarding other members will be removed immediately. Personal attacks on others will not be tolerated. Disagree respectfully with the opinions of others without resorting to innuendo, insults, ridicule or name-calling. Feel free to challenge others' views, but be polite. Think of this as Suzanne's home. She has invited you in. Accept her hospitality with the same good will and grace with which it was offered.

Watch Your Language
At no time will explicit, obscene or vulgar language, graphics or behavior be tolerated on SuzanneSomers.com. All threads in violation of this rule will be immediately deleted. Similarly, Discussion Board posts that solicit or offer explicit or X-rated GIFs, JPEGs or other graphic files will be deleted without notice!

Avoid Sharing or Requesting Personal Information in Public Forums
Do not ask for personal information from others. Postings requesting members share personal details or addresses, phone numbers, etc., will be removed. This includes, but is not limited to, communications that ask for personal information submitted via e-mail, mail, telephone, surveys, and research studies.

Do Not Post Commercial Items
Commercial messages and/or product/ service/ personal solicitations posted on Discussion Boards or during live chats (including but not limited to references to other internet sites, URLS, or links to other commercial Web sites) may be removed at any time. Obviously, there are Somersizing questions that can only be answered with product recommendations or brand names. Please understand: posts referring our members to other specific Website addresses or other sources for items sold by Suzanne on SuzanneSomers.com or are in direct competition with SuzanneSomers.com violate the rules of commerce and will be removed immediately.

Respect the Copyrights of Others
Information copyrighted or owned by any individual, including Suzanne Somers, should not be posted in the Chat Room or on the Discussion Boards without the knowledge of and consent of the owner. All those who violate this rule will be held solely and directly responsible. You may post your own recipes on any Discussion Board, but never post a copyrighted recipe. Suzanne's copyrights will be enforced on this site and any other on which we become aware of a violation.

We reserve the right to remove threads and organize Discussion Boards for the convenience and service of the majority of our members. Considering that, we cannot guarantee prompt removal of offensive messages posted on our site.

We also reserve the right to use our discretion to remove any posts deemed inappropriate and to remove your SuzanneSomers.com membership from you should you violate these rules or any other requirement posted on this site.
