1. Q: ARE THERE ANY HIGH-PROTEIN BARS THAT ARE OKAY FOR SOMERSIZING?
A: I've had so many questions about this. I finally made my own. Somersize Protein Bars are delicious and perfectly designed for my program.
2. Q: BESIDES FRUIT SMOOTHIES, ARE THERE ANY OTHER "SHAKE" RECIPES?
A: In Eat, Cheat, and Melt the Fat Away, you'll find two new coffee-flavored smoothies. Yum! Plus, I now have Somersize Protein Shakes.
3. Q: RECENTLY I DISCOVERED PROTEIN BARS-ON THE INGREDIENTS LIST THERE ARE NO ADDED SUGARS BUT THE BARS DO CONTAIN 2 GRAMS OF SUGAR. ALL OF THE BARS CONTAIN COCOA AND I WAS WONDERING IF THEY WOULD BE OKAY ON LEVEL ONE. THEY ALSO MAKE A PROTEIN DRINK. I KNO
A: If the ingredients are all proteins and fats, with no carbohydrates or sugars, then they are okay for Level One. If unsweetened cocoa is the only Funky Food listed, then they are Almost Level One. Cocoa still has caffeine in it, so it remains on the Funky Food list, even though it only creates a very minor imbalance. You can probably eat these bars in moderation on Level One. Try Somersize Protein Bars and Shakes, then you'll know they are okay.
