1. Q: CAN I HAVE SUGAR FREE JELL-O AND/OR SUGAR FREE PUDDINGS?
A: Sugar free Jell-O is okay, but you should be aware that it contains Aspartame and is loaded with chemicals. When you need a dessert fix, it is great with whipped cream, but I would eat it sparingly. The sugar free Jell-O can be eaten after a pro-fats meal or a Carbos meal. Sugar free pudding is made with corn starch and should be considered a Funky Food, so save it for a special treat.
2. Q: CAN I HAVE TAPIOCA PUDDING IF I USE CREAM INSTEAD OF MILK AND EQUAL INSTEAD OF SUGAR? I'M STILL ON LEVEL ONE.
A: Tapioca is very high in starch, and therefore a Funky Food.
3. Q: IS GELATIN A PROTEIN OR A CARB?
A: Plain gelatin is a Free Food, so you can have it with anything. You may also enjoy sugar-free gelatin, but remember that this is made with chemical sweeteners that could be harmful to your health.
