RETURN POLICY: REFER-A-FRIEND We reserve the right to suspend participation in the Refer-A-Friend Program in the following situations: If participation in the Refer-A-Friend Program is suspended, all accrued program Reward $$ will be forfeited. A. Within forty-five (45) days (fourteen (14) days for skincare) of shipment, you may exchange any
of the following items for a full refund:
(1) Any book in its original condition.
(2) Any unopened media (including VHS tape, video, or cassette tape).
(3) Any other item in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item in accordance with you obtaining an RMA number. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase (with the exception of Reward $$) within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of our receiving your return. Reward $$ can not be used to generate a cash refund, and will not be credited back to your account. We do not refund shipping or handling charges nor are we responsible for return postage. Orders are typically sent to our delivery company for shipment the business day following order placement (business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays). Expected delivery times are: Ground = typically 1-5 business days after being sent to our delivery company depending on location. Expedited = by the end of the second business day after being sent to our delivery company . Express = by the end of the next business day after being sent to our delivery company .
1. Customers placing international orders will be contacted by a Customer Service Representative who will quote the exact shipping charge for their order. They may accept the actual charges or cancel their order at that time. 2. All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands will be sent Ground Delivery. 3. All Canadian orders, including chocolate, will be shipped ground. Canadian customers will also be charged Customs clearance, duties, and taxes. Those charges will be collected, cash on delivery, when you receive your package.
