Remove the cap. Squeeze the tab on the side of ampoule which releases the solution inside. Point the brush downward and squeeze the ampoule until the solution reaches the tip of the brush. Brush the SomerSmile Get White solution directly onto your teeth. Continue to squeeze the ampoule as needed. Once all the solution has been applied throw the ampoule away. Let the solution remain on your teeth for 20 minutes. Do not eat or drink. It is not necessary to rinse after the 20 minutes. Use twice daily for 7 days.
