A few years ago, the doctors recommended that I start a prescription medication for my bone lose shown on my bone density scan. there were many options, a monthly pill, a monthly injection that I administered to myself in the stomach or a once a year infusion. Since I have followed Suzanne fr many years, and after doing extensive reach on my own I decided against these options offered to me by the medical profession. I started to religiously take Bone Care and Vitamin K along with my other supplements from Suzanne and this year when I got my results from the doctor on my recent scan, he asked me what I was taking because my Bone Density improved. When I told him he looked perplexed and told me to just keep doing what I am doing. I have to add I also have acupuncture once a week and started walking and using small 2 lb weights for upper body.
I do truly believe it is the supplements that have made a difference, because I am not finactacal about working out.
I can't say this will help everyone as it has helped me, but I thought I would share so if it could benefit anyone you have nothing to lose.

Just saw my doctor today and reviewed my Bone Density results. He asked me what I was doing, my test was improved from 2 years ago. (I have a bone density test every 2 years) I told him I was taking Bone Care along with Vitamin K, D3, Vitamin C, Joint Ease, (I also take all of Suzanne's supplements that she has available) The doctor seemed taken back because he has been telling me for a few years that since I Ostoperious and arthritis in my back and spine I needed to be on a prescription or I would have bones that were so brittle that they would break easily. I refused to take any prescription medication once I read all the horrific side effects that could occur. I am so happy that taking Bone Care every day along with Vitamin K and D3 has improved my Bone Density results. I can not think of anything else that could have improved my Bone Density results other than these supplements. I hope by writing this, someone else can benefit as I have. Use this monthly. As a mature woman in late 60's this is a great combination of Magnesium and Calcium plus zinc and boron vitamin D3. No upset stomach. Easy to swallow. Thank you!

This is the only Calcium supplement I have found that contains the correct recommended dosage of Magnesium for women 50 and older. Either the ratios are wrong or the dosage of Magnesium is either too high or too low. And the Calcium doesn't upset my stomach either. I am vigilant about living at optimum health, and I am picky about what I put in and on my body. I will be sticking to this product. I'll now be going on auto delivery.

I love this product. It did not give me any gastrointestinal (GI) problems. Every other calcium product I have used always gives me GI problems, so I could never take calcium. This product did not give me any GI issues, so I was able to incorporate it into my daily regimen.
