DIRECTIONS: Apply to dry skin evenly over body. Let stand for 2-3 minutes while the natural fruit acids break down dry dead cells. Moisten fingertips with water and massage in a circular motion as jojoba beads exfoliate dead cells to reveal smooth, supple skin. Rinse thoroughly.

This exfoliates nicely. I put in on before a shower and my skin rinses completely smooth.
This body polish is also the perfect consistency for the face. It deep cleans congested pores and exfoliates dead facial skin like no other! It did take me a while to get used to its unique fruity smell, and now I find it irresistible. I recommend applying it to wet face.
