BEFORE USE:
Soak micro needle roller in hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol for 10 minutes.
DIRECTIONS:
• Lightly roll over skin in no more than four directions (see graph) for approximately 1-2 minutes.
• Do not roll over same area more than 4 times.
• Apply serums or moisturizers after micro needling.

This is a great Starter Kit for Everyone. Do Every night the Facial Cleanser. Then use the Liquid Oxygen Facial Serum then use the Micro Needle Roller (Don't forget to use Hydrogen Peroxide in the plastic well to clean it). Follow instructions for this.
Then apply the Ageless Serum along with the Bioactive Moisturizer.
Covers all the basics - first I use the cleanser, pat dry my face, then do the micro roller, then the liquid oxygen, followed by the ageless serum. For extra moisturizer, I finish with the bio-active. Great bedtime routine!
