Basic recipe is 2 scoops protein powder and 8 oz. water. You can make it that simple and shake it up for an on-the-go protein drink. But these really taste incredible when you make them in a blender with your choice of dairy (from non-fat milk to cream), or dairy substitutes like almond milk, coconut milk or rice milk – whatever you like. Plus, I like to get creative with some great additions like fruits or nut butters.  Enjoy! Suzanne
