It is always good to keep on hand. I take it at night before bedtime with warm water with lemon. It works great!

Finally in October of 2023 I ordered it and OMG Alan Hamel lol Thank you Thank you Thank you. You and Suzanne were right. This stuff does exactly what you said, and I felt so great after. I have used it now several times not every night because you don't have to. It really works. It is a staple for me to have on hand for sure.
