This was the first book I read on bioidentical hormones. I did my research and found a provider in my area that offers BHRT pellet therapy. I have been on for 5 years and found them to be life changing for me at 51 years old. I began forced menopause at 30 years old, due to having a full hysterectomy. After learning what synthetic hormones are made with 20 years ago, I opted for nothing...until reading Suzanne's book

I just started reading this but so far it is very good! Has a lot of great information.

I am about a quarter way through and so far really enjoying this book. I am interested in the subject and appreciate Suzanne’s research and experience. I will be reading other books too.
