How does cashback work?
When your order is paid, we calculate your cashback (1–5% depending on your tier) and add it to your account as store credit. Next time you check out, you'll see the option to apply your loyalty balance above the payment methods. One click and it's applied.
Where do I see my balance?
Your store credit balance shows in the header when you're logged in. For the full picture — tier, cashback earned, annual spend — go to Loyalty in your account menu.
How do tiers work?
Your tier is based on what you spend in a year. Spend more, get a higher cashback rate. It's that simple. Your tier updates automatically — no action needed on your end.
Tell me about the birthday bonus!
Add your birthday in your Loyalty account page and we'll drop store credit into your account every year on your birthday — $25 for 1 Star all the way up to $200 for 5 Star VIP. It's our way of saying happy birthday.
What if I return something?
If you get a refund, the cashback from that order is adjusted proportionally. For example, if you got $3 cashback on a $100 order and return $50 worth, $1.50 is deducted. Fair and square.
Do sale items count?
Absolutely. You earn cashback on what you actually pay — sale price, discounted price, whatever. Every dollar counts toward your tier and your cashback.
I had gift cards from the old rewards — where did they go?
We converted all loyalty gift cards to store credit on your account. Your full balance was preserved. The good news? Store credit is way easier — just select it at checkout above the payment options. No more digging for codes.
