No — your points never expire. Once earned, they stay in your account forever. Shop at your own pace and redeem whenever you're ready. This is our promise to you.

Log in to your account at SuzanneSomers.com and click Loyalty Account in the menu. You'll see your current points balance, available rewards, and your tier status. If you're on a mobile device, the Loyalty Account link is at the bottom of your order history page.

Your tier is based on your total spending over a rolling 12-month period. As you shop, you'll automatically climb through 5 tiers — each with better perks. Tiers are recalculated on the 1st of every month. If your spending decreases, you'll move down gradually (one tier at a time), with a 30-day grace period and a heads-up email so you have a chance to maintain your level.

Points are converted into gift cards that you apply at checkout:

1. Log in and go to Loyalty Account
2. In the Rewards area, click Redeem next to the gift card amount you want
3. At checkout, enter the gift card code in the Gift Card field and click Apply

You can use multiple gift cards on a single order. Gift cards do not expire.

Currently, gift cards can only be applied at checkout when placing new orders on SuzanneSomers.com. They cannot be applied to upcoming subscription charges. We're working to improve this in the future.

Your monthly subscription box payments ($49.99/month) automatically count toward your tier qualification. That's $600/year in loyalty spend — enough to reach 3 Star Enthusiast in about 10 months. Add a few extra purchases and you can reach 4 Star or even 5 Star VIP.

If your rolling 12-month spend falls below your current tier threshold, you'll receive an email giving you 30 days to catch up. If your spend still falls short after the grace period, you'll move down one tier (not all the way to the bottom). You'll never drop more than one tier per month, so the transition is always gradual.

Yes! You earn points on every purchase regardless of whether the items were on sale or purchased at full price. Points are calculated on the amount you actually pay after discounts.

If you return an order for a refund, the points earned on that order will be deducted from your balance. Your tier status may also be adjusted since the returned order no longer counts toward your 12-month spend.

Share your unique referral link with friends. When they make their first purchase, you'll earn 100 bonus points and they'll receive a welcome discount. You can find your referral link in your Loyalty Account.

Make sure you're logged in to the same email address you used when you made your purchases. Once logged in, click Loyalty Account in the menu. If your points still show as zero, please contact our support team and we'll look into it right away.

Make sure your birthday is saved in your account profile. On your birthday, bonus points (50–300 depending on your tier) will be automatically added to your balance. You'll receive an email notification when they're added.
