Hello,
I grew up watching Three’s Company (and btw I did not enjoy the show after Chrissy left) and have always loved Suzanne Somers. There was a wholesomeness, a natural feeling about her that gravitated me towards her. I respected that she was the “dumb” blonde with killer legs and body that always portrayed herself as smart and classy, and it was real! She was so relatable and funny. I bought the thighmaster and still have it (I’m 55 years old now) and continue to use it! I could relate to her because I have only one son and now have a blended family with three bonus children and four grandchildren. I model myself after her with a carefree yet deserved lifestyle, love my husband to pieces and he is definitely my soulmate….this all learned from Suzanne. I enjoyed watching her Facebook Live videos with Caroline and her granddaughters, and I especially loved seeing Suzanne and Alan interact. What a blessing of a unity! I will miss her so much but now have even more reason to reread all her books to stay connected to her!
I read Alan’s last poem to her through tears, how ironic the first thing I bought my husband so many years ago was a wooden trinket (that we keep in our bedroom to see everyday) that says “I Love Us” (no other words are needed).
Suzanne, I hope that you are singing with the angels and cooking up a nice meal for all your friends and loved ones that travelled to the promised land ahead of you! Keep laughing and being the beautiful shining star you were here, for eternity.
My deepest sympathy to the family. RIP Suzanne, you will be missed! TLP
Suzanne Somers was always a breath of fresh air. I loved her smile and humor. And yes, I still use my Thigh Master, absolutely the best for inner thighs. Thank you Suzanne for making everyone’s life happier, you are missed 💔
Suzanne,
Thank you for standing strong for equal pay for women. You have been an inspiration to me in learning how to age gracefully and staying active. You made a big ripple in this world. I wish your family and friends happiness as they move forward as you won’t be forgotten.
I watched Three’s Company while Suzanne was on the show. I always enjoyed her character! Later in life when I started going through some changes in my 40s, I came across one of her books Breakthrough. Suzanne introduced me to natural medicine. She had collated and condensed a lot of information in such a readable way. Then when I heard her speak about the topic on TV, I was so impressed with her depth of knowledge and just her natural ease of manner in talking about it, like you were talking to a wise friend. She motivated me to go seek care for myself, and look for ways to heal and strengthen my own body, not just take whatever pill the doctor prescribes. Thank you, Suzanne, for being an inspiration, so beautiful, confident & sexy(which I envy) and talented! My sympathies and prayers of comfort go out to the beautiful family as you go through this loss.
So very sorry to hear this sad news. Such a wonderful happy and beautiful sole. We need more people in this world like this angel Suzanne. Rest in Peace.
