PROBLEMS / QUESTIONS:
Some of Suzanne's products are sold by a variety of different companies and websites. We will be happy to assist you with any of the items purchased directly from this web site. However, if you bought your products elsewhere, we kindly ask that you contact the customer service department at the respective company that sold it to you.

RETURN POLICY:
Contact us within thirty (30) days of when the item was delivered to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without a RMA number will not be processed. We can be reached at 866-222-4620 from 9am-5pm PST, Monday-Friday or at customerservice@suzannesomers.com

We do not refund shipping or handling charges and are not responsible for return postage.

Due to the discounted nature of the SUZANNE Selects Box, returns for it are not allowed except in the case of product defect.

REFUND POLICY:
We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item in accordance with you obtaining an RMA number. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase (with the exception of Reward $) within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of our receiving your return.

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from SuzanneSomers.com.

We cannot accept returns shipped via FedEx or UPS from a non-U.S. address. If you request an exchange we will pay shipping charges for the item we ship to you.

Please be aware that your country may levy import customs and duties on items we ship to you.
