However, if you bought your products elsewhere, we kindly ask that you contact the customer service department at the respective company that sold it to you.

RETURN POLICY:


Within thirty (30) days of shipment you may return any of the following items for a full refund:

(1) Any book in its original condition.

(2) Any unopened media (including VHS tape, cassette tape, or video).

(3) Any other item in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

If you want to return merchandise, please simply contact us using the black tab on the right hand side of the page.

We do not refund shipping or handling charges nor are we responsible for return postage.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

A. Within thirty (30) days of shipment, you may exchange any of the following items for a full refund:

(2) Any unopened media (including VHS tape, video, or cassette tape).

(3) Any other item in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
 

REFUND POLICY:

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item in accordance with you obtaining an RMA number. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase (with the exception of Reward $) within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of our receiving your return.

We do not refund shipping or handling charges nor are we responsible for return postage.

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from SuzanneSomers.com.

Should you need to contact us regarding the status of a return or exchange for which you've already been issued an RMA number, please use the tab on the right hand side of this page.

We cannot accept returns shipped via FedEx or UPS from a non-U.S. address. If you request an exchange we will pay shipping charges for the item we ship to you.

Please be aware that your country may levy import customs and duties on items we ship to you.
