I just recently started following Suzanne Somers on Facebook. I am going through a divorce and my ex did most of the cooking, so I am learning how to cook for myself again. I am focusing on making healthy, nutritious, clean meals. I have also been trying to use clean products in my life as well. I watched the video where Suzanne and Caroline cooked a whole chicken with sweet potatoes. I have always been kind of grossed out by whole chickens and pulling the parts out and deboning. Suzanne said it was so easy to do so I have tried it twice now. She was right, it was so easy and tasty. I love how she said, “Its all about the smooshing.” as she smooshed everything in the spices and oil. I am so sad that she is gone and that I came so late to the work she has been doing. She will truly be missed. The love in your family is so evident and I enjoy watching you all. Hugs and love in this difficult time. 💕

Such a lovely lady. Her experience helped me survive my own breast and thyroid cancers. When I felt scared about my own situation I would think of Suzanne and it would help me feel braver. I could listen to her talk all day. She always smiled and was positive. My heartfelt condolences to all of you. May her memory be a blessing.
My heart goes out to all who knew and loved Suzanne. 💕 It’s so strange to look around my house and see so products with her name on them and then realize that she is now sleeping in death. May her rest be brief and she be returned to the arms of her loving family as soon as the resurrection that Jesus demonstrated and promised begins. Comfort, peace and hope to you all! She will be missed by so many! May the work she believed in continue. ❤️
