When I opened my surprise box just a few days ago, I cried and cried. I am 82 and have been, in some form or fashion, touched by Suzanne for a better part of those years. It all began with Somersizing and Somersweet, which I still miss by the way. I purchased her Thigh Master back in the 70’s. After that came the famous FaceMaster, which I still have and use! I truly enjoyed watching her on the shopping channel for many years. Our family loved the chocolate coconut bars and coconut chips. I still have so many pieces of her beautiful jewelry. I never was much on TV shows, but my daughter loved her on Three’s Company, and my daughter also got me into her wonderful FB Lives with “Big Al”. I have purchased and read every one of her 27 books! She was simply put “a gift from above”. God used her in ways that only He could have to help so many with health and healing holistic avenues. I admired her tenacity coupled with her heartfelt humility. She truly was the “real deal” as some would say. She always made us feel that she truly knew and cared for us, just like a dear, dear friend. She deeply touched so many lives, and in the latter years especially, her ladies’ lives…of which I am one. Upon watching your first show back on Wednesday, Al, one thing you said really resonated with me. You mentioned that as you age, you have begun to think more about an afterlife. Would you allow me to share my heart with you? Indeed, there is truly an afterlife because the Bible tells us there is. Every soul, once separated from these earthly bodies upon death, will spend eternity in one place or the other, Heaven or Hell. Man was created to fellowship with his/her Creator God. The problem was back in the Garden of Eden when Adam and Eve sinned and broke that fellowship. After that, mankind from then on was separated from their Holy Creator God. Back in the Old Testament many blood sacrifices had to be made to atone (pay) for the sins of mankind. The Bible tells us “without the shedding of blood, there is no remission for sins.” So, for thousands of years, that is how humanity dealt with their own personal sins, blood sacrifices. UNTIL…the perfect blood sacrifice Jesus Christ, who was/is God in the flesh, came to earth as a baby in a manger then grew up and lived a sinless life. He gave His life freely on a cruel cross to pay your sin debt, my sin debt and the sin debt of ALL mankind. The Bible says, “He who knew no sin became sin for us…” Three days later He rose from the dead conquering sin and death for YOU! I Corinthians 15:1-4. Even though He has done this almost inconceivable great thing for us, that gift does not become yours or mine unless we reach out and receive it from Him. How do we do this? Simple faith! “Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but by His mercy He saves us.” “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.” You know and probably have heard John 3:16 many times. “…Whosoever believeth on Him shall not perish but have everlasting life…” This is not just a mental ascent, but a total trust and faith that He took your sins upon Himself on that cross and paid your way to Heaven. None of us are able to pay our way because we “all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.” Jesus said, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. NO MAN cometh to the Father but by Me.” He is the only way to God and to eternal life in Heaven. He loves you so much! He proved that on the cross. Please take time to read His Holy Word and see all of this for yourself. Never take anyone’s word regarding your salvation. It is too serious! If you seek God with your whole heart, you will find Him. The Bible is clear, Repent (turn from your sin), Believe (take Jesus at His Word) and Receive (receive this free gift by faith). I am praying for you, Al, and your entire family at this very sad time. I am praying that our Lord will open your eyes to His unconditional love for you. I am praying that He will reveal Himself to you in a way that ministers to your heart deeply. I am praying you will know Him as your personal Savior and Lord!
I am praying for you all as you walk down memory lane regarding your beautiful Suzanne!
Much much love to you all!

In the last couple years I have been watching her pod casts with Alan and Caroline. And just feeling a sense of kinship with her. Prior to that I have read her books and I credit her with her inspiration to do research on not so traditional medical treatments. I learned so much. My 89 year old mom is now walking around (vit E) and walking my dog and is overall doing great. I can make many more testimonials and I credit Suzanne for inspiring critical thinking and being your own health advocate. I also have memories of our family watching threes company and just enjoying her sweet character Chrissy. She will be missed. Sending Al, Bruce, Caroline and her grandkids love and encourage them to keep her legacy going. It is so worthy.

My heart was broken when I heard the news. I grew up watching her on Three’s Company. I was so proud of all she accomplished throughout the years. In 2021 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, my brother sent me info about her book, “Knockout”. I read it and had a virtual consultation with one of the doctors she wrote about. I was able to provide that knowledge to my local oncologist. I prayed and God has healed my body. I’m grateful to Suzanne for spreading her knowledge to the world. I offer her family my deepest sympathy. Always remember the light she brought to so many. May she rest in peace.

My heart is broken 💔 and
I feel as though I have lost a good friend.

I didn’t watch Three’s Company back in the day and just recently became a Suzanne Sommers fan due to discovering her Facebook show, highlighting her toxin-free health and beauty products. I did however, know about her breast cancer diagnosis and her decision to treat her illness with a more natural and wholistic approach. I also knew about the Thigh Master (which I own).
Suzanne spoke about her book and movie Keeping Secrets, on her Facebook show. I decided to see if I could find the movie and I was indeed, able to watch the movie via YouTube.
I learned about Suzanne’s life story and truly became a fan.
I so enjoyed watching Suzanne’s show with her husband Alan, 3 times a week. They were so in love after 46 years of marriage.

May God bless you Suzanne 🙏 and I will always remember; “it’s not who you are, it’s not what you do, it’s not what you have, it’s only about who you love and who loves you” ~ Suzanne Sommers
