What can I say, but that you have really touched my heart and you have left a hole in our hearts because you are a part of American Pop History Culture that many of us grew up with.
You were the first running sitcom I watched when I was just five years old and moved from Nicaragua at the age of five in 1979. My family is of German descent from my father’s side of the family and I attended a German pre-school-grammar school in Nicaragua before moving to the States in October of ‘79. I know that watching American sitcoms, especially Threes Company really helped me to learn to understand and speak English as fast as I did. I remember watching the last time Suzanne Somer’s character Crissy Snow appeared on Threes Company and I was disappointed that Crissy never came back to her apartment. Nevertheless, I kept watching Threes Company until it’s last show in 1984. I was only ten and of course by then I considered English my primary language.
I love watching Suzanne acting and singing because she is such a performer and a powerful speaker with such an incredible voice. I will miss seeing and hearing her on Facebook. Nevertheless, she has left a legacy behind with all her health books but at least we can hear her voice in every page written because she has shared a part of herself with us. I will never forget Suzanne Somers, her body of work, her relentless energy and talent along with the beautiful family she created. Her bright blue eyes, her warm smile and lovely voice will live in our hearts forever! I will be using my Thigh master till I drop because I know it does work.
Thank you Suzanne. Keep on “Dancing in Heaven” with all the other beautiful stars, like Kelly Preston and Olivia Newton John who also battled with breast cancer. You were all candles who brighten up our lives with so much light by sharing your smile, your music and joy of performing.
You are all appreciated and missed by many of us. Pop Culture will never be the same without the performance artist from the 50-90s. Such a unique brand of stars from an era that launched so many amazing & talented young artist with their own style. Hollywood will never be the same.
Love who you Susanne for who you are and what you did and what left behind! You did good and served your purpose here on earth. May you rest in heaven and relax with the sound of your music.
With love,
Lieschen Eger
Hi Alan, I’m going to try to summarize this as I am pouring a portion of my heart out!! 💓💔I’m 51.California SoCaL resident🧡 Growing up my most memorable show was Threes Company..My 1st husband’s favorite as well. I married young, 17, had my Son Collin at 18 .
He was born on Nov 8th Which I just found out is Bruce’s Birthday as well!!
I’ve had a long road of struggles. 3 children from my first marriage, 2nd husband passed away at 37 and now my current is going through his struggles. I have wonderful children , I’m grateful. I’m blessed. Life is a gift. Throughout my life I had dreams and passions. Never felt I could accomplish them. Recently Suzanne has been in my head telling me I can! I’m planning on starting my new passion as a business next year!
Backing up a bit, Suzanne had reentered my life after my 2nd husband passed in 2009. One night During my grieving while watching TV I clicked on QVC & I saw Suzanne & her face master.. I thought you know what, I need to take

What an amazing woman. She was so strong and so loved. She will be sadly missed. Her husband looks so sad and lost without his beautiful Suzanne. She’s my hero! God bless her loving family during this time. God Bless you all ♥️
I always thought Suzanne Somers was exceedingly smart, beautiful and talented. I was saddened to hear of her passing, but her love for her family and her family’s love for her brought happiness to me. She realized the most important things in life……love and family. Some people never realize this and some realize this too late! Goodbye Suzanne
