I love pouring my smoothies into this and enjoying them, especially in the summer months.

First I will say, I did receive the straw, it is not microwave safe, it is hand wash only and it is BPA free, incase those facts dictate your purchase. If you can get past the hand washing, this is great cup and straw. Double walled, cute and somehow psychologically it makes the gut renew taste better. If you buy the set with two bags of gut renew with the free cup, it's a better deal.
