This noncomedogenic SPF 25 Tinted Mineral Sunscreen contains toxic-free Zinc Oxide, making it safe for humans and reef safe for the environment. Unlike conventional, chemical sunscreens, which are absorbed into the skin, Zinc Oxide is a “physical blocker,” which is not absorbed, but instead creates a reflective barrier to protect against UVA and UVB radiation. We combine protective Zinc Oxide with a hint of organic mineral tint to knock back the appearance of white on the skin - select SAND (light to medium toned skin) or BRONZE (medium to dark skin toned skin).
For a smoother application, apply evenly over moisturizer to face and neck. Reapply, as needed, after contact with water, perspiration or towel drying. When applied as directed, this sunscreen reduces the risk of early skin aging and skin cancer when used along with other sun protection measures.
