Sometimes we take for granted that someone such as Suzanne, a leader in knowledge about the human body, will always be there; she’ll figure it out; she always does. Until one day we find that she’s gone. I, as so many others, miss Suzanne and thought she’d always be there with words of encouragement and wisdom. Now as I watch and listen to her Lives (most of which I had never seen), I as many, are reminded of the lessons she learned; to be grateful for what we have and not focus on what we don’t have. We have timeless Lives of Suzanne and Alan and that in itself is a gift!

As I watch and listen it’s hard to believe that someone else has had similar experiences with myself being a single mom at 18 having to distance from my family with no support and being dirt poor. Who else was told to take shorthand to get a “good job” only to be unable to read it back? Maybe it’s because I’m left-handed (eating and writing only); everything else right-handed. Being broke and driving an old VW bug stick shift in the Bay Area and now being with the love of my life (who vowed never to remarry) for 50 years (and married). I thought I was the only one who touches up my makeup at 2-3 in the morning! Each time I watch another Live I discover more similarities it gives me goosebumps.

Suzanne was the girl from San Bruno who was like so many of us. We can relate to her and she could relate to use. What can we learn from Suzanne? She gave us a head start leaving us knowledge and wisdom to spread to this toxic world while we are here being grateful that we got to know her and that she lives on in us.

What a beautiful soul! Suzanne was so eager to share what she had learned . That to me is called a gift. Suzanne’s love for her family would make you all shine ! Each of you from Bruce, to Suzanne meeting Allan to each of you as you entered her life had and still have such an important special meaning to her ..you could see how happy Suzanne and Allan where together, and Allan now , to be with each of you .. Suzanne brings out the best in each of you because she could see and loved who each of you are individually. Her beautiful soul will always shine bright ! Her smile was pure joy .,, God Bless you all, Debbie
