Suzanne was the most authentically beautiful bright light, and I learned so much from her in those last 20+ years.
After my second divorce in 2005 I followed her Somersize program, and I was again looking great! I followed the program (thru her books) and found it all so helpful and so inspirational! Also, of course I had purchased the ThighMaster and the ButtMaster way back in the 1980s (and I still have the original pair, and use them often!!) So Great!!!!!
In the Fall of 2022 I started having seizures and was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I was 56 years old at the time, and a successful mental health therapist with my own practice… this came out of nowhere.
I took nine months off of work, taking a sabbatical from my career, and began a strict holistic program (as I am a holistically trained therapist). This included using meditation, an organic herbal cleansing program, with a focus on nutrition/food.
I lost 40 pounds (to reduce all cysts and tumors in my body, as there were problems in female related areas and also my liver).
I did heal my body completely (which was a true blessing), however I did require brain surgery to remove the large tumor, which I received via a brilliant brain surgeon in June 2023. I was determined to leave the hospital ASAP, and did the next day after surgery, fully passing all tests the next morning with flying colors. I left 24 hours after brain surgery, feeling good (but fragile of course!)
I then took four months off, and rehabbed at home. I was and Am So Lucky to be here and cognitively doing so well!💯
However, I know what it was like to be told that I was going to die, as I refused radiation and chemotherapy after surgery, and the University of Michigan trained Head of the department sat in his ivory tower and told me to prepare for hospice. I told him to prepare to kiss my ass!
Since that time I rediscovered Suzanne and have been watching all of her and your Instagram videos chronologically in order, working in reverse. Just Wonderful! :D
I also have purchased all of her books to fill out my library, and her poetry book ‘Touch Me’ was a precious birthday gift from my husband last month! I Love it so much and the photography.
I just want you to know how inspirational Suzanne is to me. I know that she is Still doing great work in this world, and of course she is always around you and your family as an Angel.
And finally, Please Know…I really appreciate all that you do to carry on your Family company. I subscribe to the monthly Suzanne Selects subscription box, and just love all of your products, and will continue to support you always!

You asked about our thoughts on the afterlife, in your last Insta video… I want you to know that I have proof of it, as both of my parents and my only sibling are deceased. When my mother was dying in 2019 she had had dementia for a few years very badly. I took time off from my job of being a therapist to take care of her. It was an honor and a privilege to take care of her in her final days, as I kept her in her home which she loved (and I still own it as is my childhood home). At the end of her life she didn’t know who I was, just thought I was the nice lady who came to take care of her every day. When she was dying she saw both my older brother who had passed away about 10 years prior from a drug overdose, and my father who had also died about nine years earlier. She could no longer really speak or recognize anybody but in her final days she had messages that came from both of them that she verbalized, and it was actual proof of the afterlife because there is no way she could’ve done that physically or mentally.
I just want you to know that I feel grateful every day to be on this planet, and in my free time I love to watchAll of your new stuff and peruse your website for products!

I have adored Suzanne all my adult life. We were the same age, so I’ve followed all her achievements and applauded her for all of them. I owned all her exercise items, and loved the skincare. She loved her family, and we all loved her. I’m so sorry for your terrible loss. You loved her so very much, and we all miss her terribly.
When I used to watch threes company with Suzanne I just loved her. She made me laugh all the time. She was a beautiful lady. May she rest in peace. All your memories with her will stay in your heart forever.
I loved the videos where your family was together and you were giving us all the recipes and health tips. I watch them every day. I pray for Suzanne and her family. Greetings from the Czech Republic.
