Loved hearing you talk about your life and thank you for sharing the dinners and parties with your family I always felt a close bond because of the honest person you are
Ahh Suzanne, she was a beautiful comedian from my youth that stood up for equal pay. This was admirable. I studied Suzanne’s book, “I’m way to young for this”. Her openness and studies of health thru perimeno and menopause explained a lot. I think about the garden you shared and delicious meals she developed. Bless you and your family.
Suzanne was simply lovely. To me, she was like a good friend I had never met. I had been reading her books and listening to her interviews for years, and when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I immediately purchased “Knockout.” It was not only a source of well-researched information, but her voice brought comfort to anyone who was going through adversity or illness. She was a voice of knowledge, reason, and hope for so many. She did the hard work and generously shared, wanting each person to live a healthier and happier life.
Watching the live FB/Insta videos from her home felt like you were there, with her and “Big Al,” and sharing in the laugh. She had such a genuine, down-to-earth way of connecting with people. It was love you felt, never judgment. And of course, her comedic talent and her talent as an actress and singer was wonderful part of her package. She will be missed by so many, but her legacy will live on. Rest in peace, sweet Suzanne.
I often caught her instagram stories and particularly loved the one her daughter in law taped while she was staying with Suzanne on the farm. Suzanne showed off her awesome garden, her cooking, her beautifully set table and her LOVE to share her cooking secrets & knowledge.
There was also a story In Suzanne’s office where she pulled out a mannequin & started to educate us on the organs & how eating this or that would help or hurt certain organs.
I only know about Suzanne from her stories (and of course Three’s Company, Thigh Master & even watched her on HSN)she always had the most honest spirit & soul!
I watched Dancing with The Stars ✨ last night and didn’t realize she was on season 15.. that was just 8 years ago.. that’s amazing!
She was amazing!! May she Rest In Peace 🙏👼💔
You were an icon. As a child, I wanted to be you. My favorite character growing up was the unforgettable Chrissy Snow…the inspiration for naming my own little precious Maltese Chrissy Snow. Equally as fabulous and quirky. Godspeed Suzanne Sommers and say hi to my little angel. 💞
