Suzanne,
From Threes company to HSN, to your books, foods, supplements and being in your home via IG and FB, you’ve been my hero for over 50 years. The last 35 you’ve been like a best friend, sister and someone I always felt knew me, and my needs like none other! I’ve trusted you, laughed with you and celebrated with you. I adore your family and thank you for loving each of us as if we too were family. I love you Suzanne, thank you for being authentic and real. ♥️
I loved and looked forward to listening to you at Big Al’s Bar or while building your new home. My life has changed so much because of your wise advice! My family looks forward to your corned beef recipe for St Patty’s day/ roasted chicken on Sunday’s with lots of paprika! And every time we go to Traverse City in MI we think of how much Al loves those cherries! You have touched my life in immeasurable ways! Thank you for sharing your joy, beautiful smile and laughter, lovely stories, and humble pure heart. Such a gift to all of us. Our condolences to you and your beautiful family. Loved your love for your family.
As an immigrant family to Canada in the 80’s, we struggled to connect with each other, with our parents. Three’s Company, however brought us together. It was that 1/2 hour (or hour?) were we sat and laughed together. Thinking about it now warms my heart. Suzanne had a gift and I’m grateful I felt it. Now I am learning more about her and I am beyond impresses. She asked for equal pay!!! WAY to go lady!!! You started it!! Three’s company was NOT the same and we lost interest after she left the show. Then she got creative and became entrepreneurial and successful! WOW! And then there is that closeness with her family. That is impressive! You are the lucky ones to have had her. With everything going on in the world, be the light, continue to shine. My sincere condolences.
Just a quick note. This was/is such sad news. I grew up with Mrs. Somers throughout her career, and got to see her well I did work on Step by Step and she was so full of life. She showed me that if you wanted to do something in life, do it. Such a loss.
I’m so deeply saddened by the loss of the iconic Suzanne . She was extraordinary. I love how she found love in everything ❤️. She educated us all, from foods to cosmetics. She was a researcher and followed through to get answers. She didn’t take no as an answer. She was an advocate for women, she was the definition of a true warrior. I’ve watched her on Three’s Company as a young girl. She was so inspiring. She made everyone who watched her lives, which I began when the pandemic started. I happened to catch one of her lives and from then on it was a weekly thing for the past 4 to 5 years. Her wit and sense of style were like no other. Her marriage to Alan, who is extremely kind and caring, and has a great sense of humor, that was a marriage that most people dream of having. True love….til the end. Never apart. Her love for Gloria was the best. She was so beautiful and she’d get so excited over her corned beef and cabbage. I have many books that she wrote along with the original thigh master and even a new one. I’m a lover of all of her products. She truly inspired me to never sweat the small things and live life each day as if it were your last. She was a force to be reckoned with. A beautiful soul. She lit up a room, and especially when she spoke of Alan. My heartfelt condolences 🙏🏻 to Alan and Bruce and the entire family, including Gloria who I’m sure will miss her mom. Suzanne, I know that heaven gained a beautiful Angel. I’m certain that you’re sipping a tequila and watching down on those who you love. Bless you dear. Rest in eternal peace. You’ll be sadly missed.
