Wow, what to say, besides here a lone 911 dispatcher in NY sits at my terminal, watching and reading so much about Suzanne, my heart aches. Although I was a kid of the 80’s and always knew who Krissy Snow was, and I adored her, I lost her for much of my adulthood. Then I discovered her channel, and on my downtime found myself watching her and Al and the rest of you, enamored by her success and the amazing family you all are. Trust me, I have reasons to be jealous of the family part, I do. I suppose I thought the videos were added to date, chronologically, as I truly only believed she had taken a break to heal her neck and back. So hence what an awful surprise it was when it first posted Suzanne was gone. “No, this can’t be true.” She has too much to live and enjoy, she has endless love. How totally unfair this is, to take someone with such an excellent life, Al my heart so hurts for you friend. Least you know, you had the ultimate best, and that is a rarity in life isn’t it. Beautiful, smart, optimistic, a true gem among woman, and Al, she was yours to the very core of her heart.
I would sometimes get caught up day dreaming, thinking what it would be like to be in Suzanne’s family, as I, after 45 years no longer have any family of my own. I did, but they were called home just much too young. So her Facebook show, was a bit of a way for me to connect with a family that is just so ideally perfect, led by a true matriarch. I can’t tell you how much you all made me laugh, show after show.
Well I shall return to my job here, but I will so miss my beautiful distraction, Suzanne. I know she is at peace now, someplace every single one of us must go one day. But I for one, like the thousands who have posted, will truly miss our Pal.. to all of you, I am so sorry for you loss, but take comfort in the angel you now have. God bless, stay tightly together always and love the blessings you still have. (Al, keep making the bed buddy ;-)

Hi, Somers/Hamel family-

I stumbled upon your show on YouTube as the news broke of Suzanne’s death. I was googling about the news, and the show popped up. I am addicted to the show as I get lost in your family more than anything as you all seem so everyday. Everyday in the sense that you are a normal family with normal conversations and normal issues. It truly warms my heart to listen to the banter. Of course, I love your products, and I love watching Suzanne cook as she is a relatable cook for me, simple. My heart goes out to all of you as mom truly is the heartbeat of your family. When she is gone, something has truly “died” as she was the center of everything. However, you have all of her words of wisdom and love to keep close to you, especially when you’re really having a tough moment. Listen to her words as they are always there for you. The love you all shared with her was obviously real and abundant. Someone so famous was really simply just wife, mom, and grandma. Continue her good works and find a place of passion for yourself within her company. Her legacy shall carry on. My heartfelt sympathy to all of you. I am so very sorry for your loss💔

I have always enjoyed all of her acting work. Her spirit shows through every character that she played. Her talent, her beauty, and her spirit will be missed.

My heart is full and broken at the same time. I am from Canada and have followed Suzanne and Al for years. I watched “ Three’s Company” and remained a fan with both Suzanne and Alan since then. I knew a little bit about the conflict with her leaving the show but not the entirety as you have shared.
I lost a sister to breast cancer from the amounts of chemo she was given at the age of 29. It created an incredible frustration and disbelief in my family at the time.
At the moment I am obsessed with all your sharing prior to Suzanne’s passing and now after her passing.
Please know we are all in a state of depression but watching and listening to your videos brings her alive or back to life and she lives on in all of you. How blessed we all are to have grown up with such a beautiful soul and powerful warrior. Keep sharing as it helps us all stay connected.
