I grew up with Suzanne in my life, watching Three’s Company and Step by Step, and then my late 20’s, early 30’s started really following all of her health books, cookbooks ,self help etc. I would go to the library and spend all my time in the section w/ her books…..A few times I checked everyone of her books in the library out……..I went on to then purchase all of her books. I looked up to her as someone who was really living a full, healthy life at an age that was 20 years older than I was. She was leading the way in so many things. All good things! I have admired her so much for so many years. When I realized that she had the facebook live show w/ Al, I couldn’t have been more excited….I wouldn’t miss it!!! To be able to be a part of their lives on a weekly basis was a highlight in my week. I so loved the example of the loving marriage they shared. I loved and admired her outlook on life, relationships, forgiveness, joy, and how she embraced things. I really don’t have the words for what her loss has left in my life. I know there are millions who feel the same. She made us feel loved and accepted and like we could do whatever we set our minds to. She was a friend who loved deeply, fiercely, and loyally. I loved that her and Al were supportive of others, didn’t talk bad about others, and accepted others. Her love for Bruce, Caroline and Camelia and Violet, Leslie and Stephen and her 4 other grandchildren, as well as her sister and brother. She loved deeply. I think to have been a part of her family you must have all felt like her favorite! She will continue to be an inspiration to me….and I will continue to join your family on the facebook lives…,thank you all for being who you are, for loving eachother so deeply and for carrying on her wishes….and for inviting us into your lives. I loved her and feel the same for all of you. You are all in my prayers as you continue to carry on her legacy!!
I have said a lot via comment via FB about Suzanne and I feel in my heart that she had a special relationship with God in the best way she knew how.
However, this message I want to share is to Al especially, but of course to Bruce and the rest of the family. I am sending this message because I heard Al saying “ I felt Suzanne’s soul went somewhere even though I don’t know where that place is.” (Al didn’t say exactly word to word like I wrote in here, but close to.) Therefore, I found this message from my favorite Pastor and thought it might answer where Suzanne’s soul is. I trust and pray that God is comforting you every hour, minutes, and seconds and you are not alone Al, God is closer than your breath and he is with you at this difficult time. I know you are Jewish(the chosen people of God) , I pray that you will receive his son, Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior. Nothing else matters in this unfair world and at the end, what matters the most is – if we will accept Jesu as Lord and savior because he died and got resurrected so we can have life after death. I pray that you get a different perspective after you hear this message and no matter how difficult it will be to accept or receive Jesus as your savior, it is ok, just want to tell you that Jesus loves you and he is with you. I don’t know any of you, but I feel heavy in my heart to tell you all about the peace and comfort that God gives through his son Jesus . Thank you for your civility and respect to read my message and listen to the message. This pastor is my favorite and you can also reach out to him since he lives in San Deigo with any questions that you might have and he will protect your privacy but I believe he can answer any questions you might have about what the Bible say. Thank you again. May Adonai keep comforting you, in Jesus/Yeshua’s name.

Always looked forward to the home visits from Suzanne&Al and every family member. My sincere condolences. Please continue Suzanne’s legacy and knowledge. My husband and I are cancer survivors and have many friends and close family that are survivors or lost their battle. Your sweet family and humor brings much comfort and l will continue to tune in to learn and laugh as you honor and remember and support each other. Suzanne was a lovely and loving person and that love continues with “ her Al” and all her family. … My mom would call my dad “ he’s my Frank” and he would say “that’s my Sheila” Married over sixty years in eternal love. You both reminded me of them whenever you look or spoke to each other. Blessings to all of you
