I have been so sad and I’m sure I’ve already left a tribute but thru my sadness I worried maybe I didn’t do this cause there’s been so many posts about Suzanne. I started watching you guys on Facebook during Covid and my family said it helped my depression so much to listen to Suzanne. She’s the reason I started me a garden and growing herbs and it made me feel so much better. My kids will always tease me that Suzanne was my best friend that never knew me. I always thought some day I’d get to meet her. I will in heaven tho❤️I loved to hear you all tell stories and the one you took pictures when you were not allowed to Alan made me laugh so much! I love her products and love getting her monthly boxes. I may have to sacrifice some things during these times that are so expensive but it will not be my Suzanne products❤️ I color my own hair and do not have my nails done or other things so keeping her products I will stand firm on. On my birthday or holidays my kids always gets me certificates from you guys. I think of you all often and say a prayer for you all. I can’t imagine being with such a wonderful person that she was and how hard it is to be without her. She truly loved you Al you could see it all over her face. She loved Caroline and Bruce and her grandchildren too. I get to chat some with Caroline on Facebook messenger and no one believed me until I had to show them 😂I have her products and a book of hers on my desk at work. I’ll always cherish this bracelet I got in the last box. I went to church that Sunday morning and came home to take a nap. My phone had so many messages on it when I got up. My aunt said Lisa have you seen the news? I said no I need a break from it it’s so bad. She said no it’s not that and I hate to tell you about Suzanne passing. My heart was broken😢I cried and cried and I still cry writing this. I never got to meet her but she was my friend. I could go on and on about the things she helped me with in my life and even tho we didn’t get to see her much on Facebook like we used to just knowing she was still with us made me feel good. She will forever be a part of my life. May God bless and comfort each one of you. Until someday we all meet stay safe and take care. Love Lisa❤️💕
There has been no celebrity who has passed that is affected me as much as Suzanne‘s passing since Elvis Presley May God‘s peace and comfort be with you, Alan and the entire family
I am still crying every time I read something about Suzanne Somers and it’s already November 2nd. Suzanne Somers was such an incredible inspiration for women! She was the kind of perso, I would have loved to have known, the type of person I wish I had in my life, someone just like Suzanne Somers! 💜
Wow Suzanne was such an inspiration. Her expertise, her books her whole lifestyle was a great example how to live and love. I read many of her books and love her products. I followed you guys on FB and looked forward to FB lives. I found a wellness doctor and I have been on bio identical hormone therapy for 20 years after a complete hysterectomy when I was 40. The protocol saved me and keeps me healthier than I would be without. Love and Prayers to her and her family who she loved dearly. This song by John Denver has given me great comfort over the years.
Perhaps Love
John Denver
Perhaps love is like a resting place
A shelter from the storm
It exists to give you comfort
It is there to keep you warm
And in those times of trouble
When you are almost alone
The memory of love will bring you home
Perhaps love is like a window
Perhaps an open door
It invites you to come closer
It wants to show you more
And even if you lose yourself
And don’t know what to do
The memory of love will see you through
Oh, love to some is like a cloud
To some as strong as steel
For some a way of living
For some a way to feel
And some say love is holding on
And some say letting go
And some say love is everything
And some say they don’t know
Perhaps love is like the ocean
Full of conflict, full of change
Like a fire when it’s cold outside
Or thunder when it rains
If I should live forever
And all my dreams come true
My memories of love will be of you
My heart goes out to Alan, Bruce, Caroline and the whole family. You all made us feel like we were a part of your inner circle with the way you included us in your Facetime videos. I started watching during the Covid lockdown and so looked forward to our cocktail hours at Alan’s bar. It really helped me get through that tough, isolating time. I just loved hearing Alan’s and Suzanne’s stories and bantering. They are both so truly genuine and welcoming. My heart broke to pieces when I heard the news of Suzanne’s passing, just as it would as if I lost one of my own family members. It’s hard to believe that one could feel that way about somebody they never met, but that’s the magic that Suzanne had, and Alan as well. Thinking of you all during this difficult time, especially Alan.
