I am so sorry for your loss. Suzanne will always be remembered for the bright loving soul she was that shined her light on everyone and lifted everyone up. Although I never met Suzanne I felt like she was with me in a journey through many stages of my life. She truly was a trail brazer helping women everywhere. I grew up watching her on threes company and then later in my twenties bought one of her many books to come on eating and lifestyle. I changed my eating habits and used her recipes to make the most delicious meals. I followed her cutting edge advise on eating ( that many would come to discover years later) and never felt healthier and more vibrant. After I married and entered motherhood I used her books after each birth of my three girls to help get back in shape. I loved her recipes because she made an eating lifestyle that was easy to incorporate with a family. Suzanne was all about family! It was so easy to make family meals that were healthy with her cooking recipes. After having my three girls and then getting older I was once again happy to have Suzanne by my side to help me with more of my body’s changes that no one was talking about at that time. She was a pioneer in Women’s health calling out many myths and propaganda perpetuated by the pharmaceutical companies. Her books helped me navigate pre- menopause and then menopause . As people my age around me started to complain about their aches and sleepless mights , with Suzanne’s help I felt the opposite. I felt great with HRT that she recommended. I learned from Suzanne that optimal health was the goal not just living a life free of disease. I really truly will miss her – she felt like an old dear friend, one that was always so generously sharing her pearls and wisdom. She certainly will always be an inspiration to me. The world has certainly lost a great amazing person. Her legacy of helping people , especially women, will always live on.

Suzanne was a huge inspiration to me personally. I read all her books and learned so much about alternative solutions to healthcare issues like my R A and pain management via Doctors that were linked to her sites through recommended alternative medicines and therapies. Suzanne also inspired me not to give up, to continue believing in myself, love myself, be kind to myself and keep setting goals and having dreams. I did not ever get to meet her in person but felt close to her none the less. She was a friend to so many women, even those like me that never knew her personally. Her life, her love of family, friends and her mission filled me with hope and I can honestly say I loved everything I knew about her. I loved her as a person, a Wife, a Mother and friend to so many, as well as an Actress, Author, etc. No doubt she is living it up in heaven, God bless and keep the family and her dearest friends in his arms.

Dearest Alan, Bruce, and all Family: Still have all of you in my thoughts and prayers and hope that time is healing just a little bit of you. May our Lord wrap His heavenly arms with comfort, around all of you!!!

Deepest condolences to the family from mine. Suzanne has been an inspiration of mine for many years. I remember the first book she published about her new way of eating and it was a game changer for me. I have most of them and my thigh master. She was a diamond in the rough. She will be missed and treasured.

First I like to express my deepest condolences to Alan, Bruce, Caroline, Daniel, all of the grandkids all of the family & all of the friends Suzanne had in
her life.
I followed Suzanne ever since all in the family.
She was so full of energy & funnier than heck!
I can go on & on about how much I love this woman so just know besides her family & immediate close freind she has millions of other friends or fans or whatever you want to call us, that we are also mourning the loss of this dear Lady, as she wanted us all to know about the information she’d find out about that may help us on every aspect of what maybe going on in our life whether it would be a disease, health or of aging that life can bring upon us. She didn’t promise anything as it was our own journey but she did give us what we all needed to hear & that was hope. But it was more, well at least for me, it wasn’t only the hope it was seeing
her kindness & her infectious smile that I personally needed❤️ It was truly a gift God gave her & I thank God as much as your family & that’s why I have trusted her words all the years I’ve followed her. Thank you my dear freind Suzanne❤️ I’ll never forget you❤️That’s just how my close friends would feel & that’s why I feel Susanne is one of my close friends even though we have never met, (at least not yet.) . She came across as our friend because she struggled with the same things when it came to aging. I loved that honesty her heart just naturally poured out of her but even more so now as I’m hearing so many warm loving words others like me feel after losing a close freind❤️
We all were blessed.May you rest in peace my freind
