I've only been taking this a short while so I can't say much as to how it has helped me yet, but I trust Suzanne's supplements are researched and sound. I wasn't doing anything for my eyes and both of my grandmother's had macular degeneration. I watched a video I can't remember if it was Suzanne or Caroline or both, but their eye doctor approved this supplement. At least now I feel like I'm doing something preventative to help preserve my eyesight. I'm 54 and will continue to take this supplement.

It has reduced my dry eye symptoms so much. I use less drops and so much more comfortable. Took about 3 weeks to see results. So happy I tried it.

I should have taken this in my Teens but I know they didn't have this at that time. Started taking another Brand in 2021. But with the combination of this and that I should be good to go.
