If you have seen Al just pour the Pomegranate balsamic straight down his throat then you have to know it is a lovely smooth flavor. I agree with you Big Al. It is so delicious and absolutely NOT tart or sour at all. Just so good on steak, salad or right in your mouth. haha
Vanilla Fig is my favorite of the 4 vinegars for salad dressing. I no longer even buy a salad dressing at any store because what could top THIS?
Love these! Have tried each of the five flavors and am somewhat addicted... Great for salad dressings or as a finishing touch on meats. Also perfect on icecream. When I first heard Alan say that he drinks these balsamics straight from the bottle, I couldn't believe it. Then I met the white peach balsamic and... let's just say I quickly had to order another bottle! Okay, I confess: I did drink it from the bottle. Highly recommend these delicious balsamics, you won't find anything of comparable quality at the grocery store!
I take this with me on vacation it’s THAT delicious! It’s the only salad dressing I put on my salads! It has many uses but it’s my go to for ALL salads. Please never stop carrying.
I love all the Olive Oils, but I find I reach for this one most in my cooking!
I use the lemon and orange for wonderful olive oil cakes! Everyone is impressed when I make them! I sometimes use the lemon for my chicken dishes as well, but Tuscan is my favorite. Maybe because I'm Italian??? ;-)
