I really don't have any gut issues, but I tried the gut renew last year and continue to do every day for I noticed I don't have that bloated feeling any longer. I am sure it is from the gut renew. I love how it comes in two flavors, and I switch from time to time from the regular to the chocolate. I usually drink my gut renew in afternoon around 3 or 4 when you are not really ready to eat but need something before dinner which for me is not my main meal. I eat my main meal at lunch time. It is a great product and you will be surprised how you feel . give it a try. And trust me I am very very fussy at to what I put in my stomach.
