Words cannot express how grateful I am
For Suzanne Somers. I have followed her since 1998 and shared her approach to eating with whoever would listen, loaning out books to encourage them in their own health struggles.
Her dedication to sharing knowledge with us has impacted me in the most positive ways and I will be Eternally thankful to God for her!
During Mass last night we prayed for Suzanne and her family and will continue to pray for the repose of her soul and comfort to her family. Our hearts break for all of you!
Her legacy was finding the out truth about our health, letting us know and helping us get their from her books and products being sure to show up for us – all of us- that’s who she was on earth and will be in heaven.

I have just recently been watching reruns of Three’s Company… I was shocked when I heard the news on 10/15. She was the best on that show. May she rest in eternal peace and prayers of strength goes out to all, whom she loved! 💜😇🙏
